Spruce River Masonry provides masonry services. The specific scope of work, materials, schedule, pricing, payment terms, and other project requirements will be described in the agreement or estimate accepted by the customer.

2. Estimates and agreements

Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared and may change if site conditions, requested work, materials, or project requirements change. Work will be performed according to the agreement accepted by both parties. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement will control for that project.

3. Payment

Payment amounts, deposits, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be determined in the agreement for each project. Customers agree to pay all amounts when due under the applicable agreement.

4. Changes, delays, and site conditions

Changes requested by the customer may affect the price and completion schedule. Weather, material availability, hidden conditions, access limitations, permitting requirements, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, reasonable access to the work area, and timely decisions or approvals needed to complete the work. Customers must disclose known hazards, utility locations, access restrictions, and other conditions that may affect the project.

6. Photos and project information

If you provide photographs, property details, or other project information, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and authorize us to use them to evaluate, plan, communicate about, and perform the requested services. We will not use project photographs for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

7. Limited liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spruce River Masonry is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Governing law
